The single most traumatic, heartbreaking, regretful, worst day of my entire life. I will never forget and never let go and never get over it. Mostly, I have to push any thoughts or memories about it away because I fear I may go insane. Today I allow myself to remember and feel it as fully as I am able without also feeling a desire to end my life. There is nothing more to say about it.
